RULES 4ND REGULATIONS. For all post entry races three horses to start or no race. Horses to be handicapped by the stewards or whom they may appoint. No entry shall be leceived for any of the above races except upon the following conditions:—That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the running shall be decided by the stewards or those whom they may appoint.
