Julgmentfor phiiutiff, with costs £3 15. Alexandra MM.eod v. Alexandra A. Oliver and another.—For forfeiture of certain water race by reason of abandonment.
Plaintiff accepted a nonsuit with costs for defendants L 3 12 0. Rieha d Dawson v. Andreas Christian Iveisen. For cancellation of certain water Licenses by non user. As proof „{ summons was not tendered the case was adjourned for such proof to next court day the fli.li inst.
The application of the Golden Gate Gold Mining Company, limited, for a water race, was adjourn d till Oetnher 23rd inst.
