PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, The Rev. J. Lothian will hold services as follows : September 28th.

I. o. G. T. A Public Temperance Meeting will be held in the Town Hall, thyde, on the evening of Friday the 2Glh September, at which addresses will be given by the Rev. T. E Ash, Rev. John Lothian, and others. At the close of the Meeting a Lodge of the Independent Order of Good Templars will be instituted by the District Deputy Brother Beattie Doors open at 7 o’clock. THE CELEBRATED TROTTING COB, ILL stand this season at Clyde and Blacks, and also travel Clyde, Blacks and Alexandra Mell grassed paddocks for the accommodation of Mares coming from a distance provided at Clyde and Blacks.
