The question was well gone into, the conclusion being-arrive 1 at that, if certain districts continued to withhold their support from the Institution, the Committee would in self protection have to refuse admitting their patieips, the meeting agreeing that it was manifestly unfair that the whole burthen of the Institution should fall on to the shoulders of a few. Tenders fir supplies for the six months ending March 12th, 1880, were then opened and accepted :—Milk, W, Brown ; Coals W. Thomson ; Bread, T. H. Bell ; Meat, Att.fiidd ami AVelsford ; Groceries, wines, spirits, &c., Mr Naylor. 3'he meeting then broke np. (he customary vote being accorded the chair.
