The Chairman of the Vincent County Council has written to the B mr.l requesting them to set apart the following lan Is as reserves for the purposes set forth, viz. : Bridge sites ami approaches—At Rocky I’oint, Upper C’ntlia river, one acre on each hank ; at Devil’s Nook, Upper Clutha river, one acre on each bank ; at Lower Crossing, Nevis river, one acre on each bank ; at Alexandra, Clutha river (unsureeyed land), two roods on each hank ; at Alexandra, Mannherikia (unsurveyed 'and), two roods on each bank ; below Spottis Junction (Maimherikia), two roods on each bank. As ferry sites and approaches—Above junction of Lindis, Clutha river, two roods on each bank ;at Albert Town, Clutha river, two roods on each bank. —Morning Herald,
