And further it is enacted that upon such dissolution all the property real and personal belonging to the Corporation of the Borough shall become vested in the,, Corporation of the County and all liabilities and engagements of or to the Borough shall become liabilities and engagements of,or to the County, and all rates and arrears of rates due to the Borough shall become due to and may be recovered as County Rates by the County Council AND WHEREAS by virtue of such proclamation the Borough of Clyde has. becomejmergedjinto Vincent County. THIS is to require all persona holding any property of whatever nature belonging to the Corporation of the Borough forthwith to hand over or otherwise account for the same to me the undersigned, and all persons indebted to the said Corporation for rates or on any account whatever are required to pay the amount of their rates or liabilities to .
