VINCENT COUNT? NOTICES. fTUKE NOTICE— The ValuaTiou Lists for the Ridings of Earnscleugh, Manuherikia, and Matakanui, for tba Year 1878, are now open for inspection at the Police Station, 'Blacks. All Objections thereto must bo left at the Police Station, Blacks, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such Objection must be left at the Office of the County Council, Clyde, not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court. REWARD— A Upward of Fifty Pounds will he paid by the County Council to anyone giving such information as will lead to the detection and conviction of the person or persons who wilfully and maliciously damaged the •centre wall of' the Double Culvert at Muddy Creek by removing therefrom and destroying a main bearing-stone.
