No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse in this Programme unless he be qualified, as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Pace Fund. No entries will be received for any of tho above races except under this conation— That all disputes, cliims and objections arising out.of the racing, shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the pro • gramme shall be final. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced. A deduction of five per cent, will be made ! from tho gross amount of the Stakes. Three horses to start for all post entry races, or no race. The Dunstan Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced.
