(By Cable.) (From our Dunediu Exchanges.) London, September sth. A Turkish despatch states that the Russians have been repulsed near Kadicki, with the loss of 1000. [Kadioki, or Kadikoi, is about ten miles south of Pravadi. The special correspondents Say that Sulieman Pasha has virtually abandoned the attack on the Chipka Pass. The Servian militia is under marching orders. Paris, September 7th. A public funeral has been awarded to Thiers. Bombay, September 7th. Mehemet Ali telegraphs that Eyoub Pasha has driven the twelfth Russian corps across the river Lnm. The Russian loss was 3000, and the Turkish 000. Widdin has been reinforced. Madame Thiers is claiming the right to arrange the cortege. She wishes the presence but repudiates the authority of the Senate, the Chamber and Government participating only by paying military honors. London, September 8. The Russians admit a defeat at Kazelcvo, 15 miles east of BiJa, with heavy loss. They had to fall hack upon Ostoviza. The Russians are now concentrating at Biela, and have been compelled to raise the siege of Rustchuck. The Turks threaten to bridge the Prygos. A battle lias commenced at Plevna, but the result is not yet known. Bombay, September 9. A Vienna dispatch states that Nieksen has capitulated. There is nothing fresh concerning the engagement around Plevna. Servian (?) troops have entered Bulgaria.
