The building, &c., is estimated to cost L 250,000, to which he will add an endowment of L100,0()0. lie has alrSady erected a Sanatorium for the cure of mental disorders, at a cost of LIBO,OOO, and endowed it with L 30,000. It is situated near Virginia Water Station, and will accommodate 125 males, and the same number of females of the middle class. It will nearly be self-supporting. He adds the following prov'ao —.Neither epileptic, paralytic, or presumed incurable patients can be received. Patients will not bo allowed to remain for a longer period than 12 mouths, and ho patient will be re-ad-mitted.
