Denedim, August 23rd. A special telegram to the Star, dated London, August 21 st, states : Osman Bazar is surrounded by Russians. The people arc starving. Position of affairs is critical. Fighting in Asia continues. Both sides claim the victory in last battle, in which 3000 were killed.
