DUNSTAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL.
The usual Monthly meeting of the Committee of Management was held in the Committee Room, Town Hall, Clyde, on Monday evening last the 2nd instant. Present -B. Naylor, Esq, in the Chair, and Messrs Holt, Beck, Cambridge, Auckland, -J. E. Stevens, (Treasurer) and George Pache, (Secretary). The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. The inward and outward, correspondence were read, received and adopted. The Visiting Committees No. 2 report, recommending payment of accounts for the past month for salaries and supplies, Ac, — Ls26sld. The Treasurer’s report as follows, was read and received. Balance in hand last report 8 12 3 Receipts 65 19 6 Overdraft Bank N. S.W. 2 9 7 £77 1 4 Disbursement. Passed accounts paid £77 1 4 Assets. Government Subsidy for last quarter £132 10 7 Diabiuties. Overdraft Bank N.SAV, '2 9 7 Passed accounts unpaid 52 6 1 Credit Balance £77 14 11
The Surgeon reported that during the month of September five fresh patients have been admitted, and eight out-door patients treated, and that four patients were remaining in Hospital at the end of the month. No deaths.
Mr Holt was elected Member of the Visiting Committee, vice Mr W. Auckland, retiring, A vote of thank? to the Chair concluded the proceedings.
