WARDEN’S COURT.
—o— Thursday, May 25. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) M’Naliy and party v. Lindsay, Lawson, and party. —This was an application for the cancellation of a certificate of a mining claim in Wai Keri Keri Valley. After evideuce, which was of considerable length, and the complainants not wishing to press forfeiture. The Warden said he would substitute a fine of 55., and directed defendants to repeg their ground in accordance with the regulations.
