SMYTHIES have entered into PARTNERSHIP, and intend to carry on business in Dunedin, under the style of SMYTHIES & SON, as Arbitrators. Especial notice is called to th.e Arbitration Branch, on account of the peculiar qualifications possessed by Mr. Henry Smythies, as having hail over 40, years' experience in the law, and an intimate acquaintance with all Colonial interests during a residence of 25 years in New Zealand. The advantages of Arbitration comprise (inter alia) a speedy and inexpensive settlement of disputes upon the real men's, rather than upon the technicalities and accidents of the case, and also a considerable amelioration of personal ill-will. Parties desirous of availing themselves of Smythies and Son’s services may apply to them personally, when all preliminaries will be prepared, and the matter completed in their office.
