JOHN COLE OHAPPLE having ft received instructions from Mr Michael Kott will sell by Public Auction on the above date at 2 o’clock sharp at the Geelong Hotel, (in one Lot) — THE Water Race known as the “ Caledonian, taking its rise from Butchers Gully, and registered to carry Six heads of water, (being tho only claim from Butcher’s). Mining right at Golden Gully, Tail Race, Mining Plant, complete, Black smiih’s forge and tools, wood and iron Cottage, Garden ; also, a Reservoir, one mile in circumference, and capable of holding six weeks’ water. Terms at Sale. The Auctioneer in calling attention to the above Sale would recommend not only those in want of a mining property, but every miner who can spare the time to pay this Claim a visit, and is quite sure will not regret having done so, it being one of the best worked claims in New Zealand, and paying handsomely, and the only reason for Mr Kett disposing is ill health.
