Tho usual monthly -meeting of the Committee of Management was held in the Com mitteo Room, Town flail, Clyde, on Monday evening last. Messrs B. Naylor, (in tho Chair) Auckland, Holt, Cambridge. Hastie, ,T. E. Stevens, (Treasurer) and George Fache, (Secretary). , , The minutes of tho previous meeting ■were read «nd confirmed. Tho outward correspondence, comprising letters to the Government respecting the indebtedness of the Cromwell district; and the inward, being replies to tho same, were read, received, and adopted. Tho Visiting Committee's report, recommending payment of accounts, for salaries, and supplies for tho past month L 76 11s Id was read and received. Tho Treasurer’s report as follows was road and received. Receipts. Receipts for month L3OB 1 1 Balance front last report 45 0 5 L3SJ I 5 Disbursements. Past accounts unpaid 270 7 2 LB3 14 3 Assets. Passed accounts unpaid 76 11 1 Credit balance LSB 15 2 The Surgeon's report as follows, was read and received. No. of patients in Hospital at tho cnl - of July 5 Since admitted 3 Discharged 2 Remaining in Hospital August 31 5 Tenders for supplies for the ensuing six months were uow opened and the following accepted : - ■ Wines, spirits, and groceries ' .1, Ilazlett Bread Jeffery and Fraser Meat Attfield and Welsford J. Holt Milk—for 12 months W. Brown Mr B. Naylor was elected Member of the Visiting Committee, vice Mr Beck, retiring. A vote of thanks to the Chair concluded tie meeting.
