Dunedin, Aug. 28. At last night’s sitting of the Assembly, after Atkinson’s -reply on Abolition Proposals, O’Rorke called for division, which resulted as follows : —Ayes, 52 ; Noes, 17Mr Atkinson moved—That the House should go into Committee of the whole, to consider the Bill:on Tuesday next.—Carried. The House adjourned at a quarter to two o'clock.-
