LAURENCE SIMPSON, Warden and R.M. Tjl 0 R SALE. That old-established and flourishing business, THE SHAMROCK HOTEL, AND GENERAL STORE, BUTCHERY, & BAKERY, NEVIS, Together with all Buildings, Stock-in-Trade, Furniture, etc. For further particulars, apply at Starkey’s Kawarau Hotel, Cromwell; or to DANIEL SC ALLY. THEREBY give notice that I have applied to the Warden for a lease of land for Agricultural purposes, situate and being on Block 1, Teviot, immediately adjoining my present residence, bounded on the North by Calder’sdara, and on the East by Block 3, comprising 50 acres or thereabouts, and that the said application will be heard at the Warden’s Office, Roxburgh on July 27, 1875. And I hereby further give notice that the Nomination of Candidates for the Office of Councillors, in the room of the retiring Members, viz.— James Hazlett South Ward D. M’Connochio West Ward John Cox East Ward Also, for the Office of Auditors, will take place on Tuesday, July 27, at noon, at the Town Hall, Clyde, and the Poll, (if any), on Monday, August 2nd, 1875.
