SEALED TENDERS will bo received at the Office of the underpinned until 7 p.m of Monday, the 2Cth January, 1875, for— The erection of a Wire Suspension Bridge over the Molyneux at Clyde, for the Corporation of Clyde, Rians and Specifications may bo seen, and forms of Tender obtained as follows: At the Office of the Town Clerk, Clyde, up to Friday the 25 th December, 1874, and from Monday the 18th January to Saturday the 23rd January 1875, and at the Office of the Agent of the Bank of New South Wales, Lawrence from Monday the 28th of December, 1874, to Saturday the 2nd January, 1875 ; at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, from Tuesday, January sth, to Thursday January 14th, 1875. Tenders to be accompanied by a marked cheqe for 5 per cent, on the amount of Contract, and endorsed “ Tender for Bridge.” The Clyde Corporation does not un-der-take to accept of the lowest or any Tender.
