THEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race for domestic and irrigation purposes, commencing at a point in Coal Creek on Section 49, Block 1, Cairn Hill, passing through pai't of same, through corner of Section 50, also, through Sections 51,18 and 19, and terminating in the said Creek near the main road. The length of such water-race is one mile or thereabouts, and its intended course is nearly W N W, hy ES E. The mean depth and breadth of such race is nine by eighteen inches, and it is capable of carrying one sluice-head of water. PATRICK MUETTTG AN. Bald Hill Flat. To the District Land Officer, Clyde, I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a Water-race for irrigation purposes, commencing at a point on Spottis Creek Eastern Branch, on Section 13, Block 1., Tiger Hill, passing through Sections 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 5, 4, 3of said Block, andterminating in Section 1 in same Block, part of my Farm. The length of such Water-race is four miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is South. The mean depth and "breadth of such race is 4 feet by 1 foot, and it is capable of carrying fom sluice heads of water, as the same as delineated on plan Block 1., Tiger Hill. FRANCIS LEE, Blaeks.
