I HEREBY give notice that I have made application to the Waste Lands Board to exchange my Agricultural Lease, No. 158 c, held under the Gold-fields’ Act, 1866 and Amend ments, for Section 29, Block 1, Benger district, for a Lease under the Waste Lands Act, 1872. My application will bo brought before the Board on or about the 2nd day of September next, and any objection thereto must be lodged with the District Land Officer, Roxburgh, on or before the 25 th day of August, 1874. I HEREBY give notice that Patrick Murphy and party on the 7th day of February, 1874, made application for a SPECIAL CLAIM of Six Acres or thereabouts, of ground at the head of Sugar Pot Gully, Tinker’s, under and in terms of the 12th Section of the Gold-fields’ Act, 1866. The Claim has been surveyed, and the plans may be seen at my office, Clyde. Apy person desiring to object to the said Application must lodge their objections at the Court House, Black’s, on or before Tuesday, September 1, when parties will bo heard in support of the application, and to the objections, (if any).
