In all post entry races, three horses to start or no race. No person allowed to enter a horse unless he be a subscriber of one guinea. Jockey costume insisted on. First race to start at 1 o’clock. Nominations for the Alexandra and District Handicaps to be sent into the Secretary, enclosing qualification and nomination money, on or before the 2nd of September, before 8 o’clock p.ra., and acceptances for both handicaps, with sweep for the District Handicap, to be sent in before 8 p.m. on the 17th of September.
