Distance, three-quarters of a mile. RULES AND REGULATIONS.
No person -will lie allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of one guinea to the race fund. Nominations will be received by tiro Secretary fur the Maiden Plato, District Handicap, Hurdle Pace, and Flying Handicap until 8 o’oclcck upon the evening of the IGth of March ; weights will be declared the same evening (except for the Flying Handicap) ; acceptances will close at 10 a.m. on the 17 th. Jockey costume will be enforced, except in post entry races. All disputes will be settled by the Stewards, nr whom they may appoint. Any person entering a protest will have to deposit one guinea, which will bo forfeited if deemed frivolous. Five per cent, will be deducted from all stakes for expomes.
