The District Handicap, and Miners and Farmers Purse to be confined to residents wi'thin a radius of ton miles of the racecourse, the horses tc be the bona fide property of the owner two months previous to the 17th March. No entry will be received for any of the above racis, except on this condition, That all disputes, claims and objections, arising out of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision to be final.
