Mason, of the Royal Mail Hotel, applied for a temporary transfer of his general publican’s license to Henry Tohill. Granted. WARDEN’S COURT. Komp v. Kett.—This was a complaint calling upon the defendant to show cause why a water-right held by defendant should not be cancelled for hon usage. Adjourned to the 19th inst. Ah Hand and party applied for protection for ninety days, which was granted.
