Pierce, Carroll, and party v. William Bohuing anl party. Adjourned case from last Court day for judgment to he given. The judgment was given at great length. The complaint was for unlawful interference with complainants tail race at Butcher’s Gully, and was substantiated, though slightly. Verdict for 51., including cost of Court. [This was not the rrgu’ar Court day, but the above, being an adjourned cases, were set down for special hearing on this day ]
