Monday, Nov. 24. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M. Adjourned Case. Alexandra Munich pa i'y v. John Cole Chappie. Breach of .the Town and County Police Ordinance, by damaging the street. Mr. F. J. W’lson appeared for the Corporation, the defendant conducting his own case, which ho did with considerable anility, contesting every point, step by step, and put the complainan.a to every possible proof in the preliminaries aud throughout the case. Ultimately the defendant was fined la and costs of Court.
