CONSOLATION HANDICAP Of 10 Suva. For all beaten horses. Distance,om mile. Entrance, 10s.(Id. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No person shall he allowed to enter or nm a horse in this programme (post entry races excepted) unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than one guinea to the Race Fund. No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon tins condition : - That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint, ami their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced, except in post entry races, when a cap will be sufficient. A deduction of five per cent, will bo made from the gross amount of the stakes. In all races three horses to start, or no race. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
