Knowles.—Claim 141. Dismissed. Cameron v. Field.—Adjourned till the 17th, to allow defendant to give evidence at Naseby. Rivera v, J MTou.-dd.—Claim 3L 15s. Judgment for amount claimed and costs. Town Clerk v. J. C Chappie.—This was an information for lemoving gravel from the surface of a carriage road within the Municipality., Mr. F. J. Wilson for the plaintiff. The plaintiff not being prcp<*p e to prove the existence of the Municipality, the case, by consent, was adjourned till the 24th inst, Rivera v. O'Brien. —This was a case to recover amount of former judgment and costs. The defendant was examined, and the Bench decided thcie was nothing to justify the issue of a warrant of imprisonment. Police v. Graham.—Charge of assaulting the police while, in the execution of their duty. The Bench, after hearing evidence, administered a severe repritrn ml to the constable, characterising his interfere,-.ce a piece of over nfliciousueas, and said that the assault was provoked.
