Monday, Nov. 3. . (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., R.M., and W. A. Low, Esq., .]. p .) Goltz v. Oliv’er.—Claim, 51. Reserved judgment in this case was given for the defendant. Thoyera v. Knowles.—Claim 141. Dismissed. Cameron v. Field.—Adjourned till the 17th, to allow defendant to give evidence at Naseby. Rivera v, J MTou.-dd.—Claim 3L 15s. Judgment for amount claimed and costs. Town Clerk v. J. C Chappie.—This was an information for lemoving gravel from the surface of a carriage road within the Municipality., Mr. F. J. Wilson for the plaintiff. The plaintiff not being prcp<*p e to prove the existence of the Municipality, the case, by consent, was adjourned till the 24th inst, Rivera v. O'Brien. —This was a case to recover amount of former judgment and costs. The defendant was examined, and the Bench decided thcie was nothing to justify the issue of a warrant of imprisonment. Police v. Graham.—Charge of assaulting the police while, in the execution of their duty. The Bench, after hearing evidence, administered a severe repritrn ml to the constable, characterising his interfere,-.ce a piece of over nfliciousueas, and said that the assault was provoked. Dismissed. Same v Saint*.—Drunk while in charge of a vehicle. Withdrawn. Same v. Same. —Qlaim 1/ 1 Os, damages done to constable’s nuifoim. Whithdrawn.
