Fo:rcst pleaded that he had nothing todo with defendants, and that his name was wrongfully used, he having transfer)ed his shaie to a Mr bohning on the 29th of September last. Adjourned to the 17th November, for plaintiff to amend summons., 10s. expenses to l e paid to Fonest, and the o her expenses to await the issue of the suit.
