WARDEN’S COURT, CLYDE.

Wednesday, May 7. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.) D. M’Kcllar applied for cancellation of water licenses. The defendants prayed for the infliction of a fine in hen of forfeiture. Mr - F. J. Wilson applied for an adjournment to the 21nd inst., which was granted. Thomas Sims’s application for extension of head water race was withdrawn.
