FIRE BELL.
(TO THE EDITOR OF THE DUN STAN TIMES.) The necessity of a fire boll has become so apparent that I would call your attention to the same, for had there been one on tbo occasion of the late fire, people would have been on the spot, perhaps, early enough to to have rendered some assistance; but,'as it happened, a great many who heard the bell for assistance thought it was the school bell, it being nearly t c time for it to ring. The subject has been a matter of conversation for some time, and 1 would ask you to use your influence with the Town Council to have one erected as soon as possible I am, &e., INSURANCE.
