—o Tuesday, Skpt. 10. (Before E. H. Uarew, Erq , R M.) William Duffy was charged by the Police on suspicion of having set fire to the dwell ing occupied by Mrs. Duffy, on Saturday night or Sunday morning last. The Police said they were mt jirepa-ed to go on wi. hj the case, as the inquest hail not been held on, the. fire, and applied for a remand until Friday next. The Bench reminded theymeused, and on the app’ication of Mr. F. J. Wilsofi, solicitor fur Duffy, agree;! to accept of 1 ail, accused in s <jl. and two saielu# tf 25L each.
