—o — JURISDICTION. ' — o — Saturday, June 29, 1572. (Before A. D. Harvey, Es j., Registrar, in Chambers.) Re Edward George Ryan, of Clyde, hotel keeper. Mr. F. J. Wilson, council for debtor and trustee, appeared in reference to a deed of mortgage over debtor’s house and property. Mr. Honywill, "a secured creditor, appeared, and stated that he estimated the value of his security at the full am6unt set forth in the schedule, namely 170/. Mr. Wilson agreed to this, and, after some consideration had been given thereto, the Court ordered that the value be estimated accordingly. Re James Connew, of Wai Keri Keri, farmer.—M. F. J. Wilson, council for the debtor, applied that the time for obtaining a declaration of complete execution of deed of assignment, under Part XVIII. of the Bankruptcy Act, be extended to the next public sitting of the District Court. Order made accordingly.
