CLYDE SCHOOL.

— o — special meeting of the Clyde School Committee was held in the School House, on Monday last, the 4th inst., at 4. 30 p.m. to consider the plans and specifications of the new School building, as prepared by Mr. A. D. Wilson. Present, Messrs. Rankin, Hastie, Aldridge, and A. Christophers, (Clerk.) and Mr. M'Connochie in tha chair. The plans having been examined, and the specifications slightly modified, it was r.'solved on the motion of Mr. Hastie, seconded by Mr. Rankin. That tenders be called for building, (see advertisement, in Dunstan Times, Bth and 15th instants, and Wakatip Mail of 14th instant.) Proposed by Mr. Rankin, seconded by Mr. Aldridge, That Messrs. Hazlett and Christophers endeavor to obtain a qualified person to supervise the building of the same. The meeting then adjourned till the 19th inst. for the consideration of tenders.
