ELECTORAL.
(TO THE EDITOR OF THE DUX STAN TIMES. Sir,—The ststement in the Tur.peka, Times that, I propose to stand for the Wakatip, for the vacant seat in the General Assembly, is entirely without foundation, and incorrect, as is also the statement that I propose to resign the representation of the Dunstan. Please to rectify this in your next issue. Messrs. Hallenstein and Malaghaii arc likely to contest the vacant seatseveral other names are mentioned. Y'our’a faithfully, THOMAS L. SHEPHERD.
