Weights for the Grand Stand Handicap, Members’ Handicap, Dunstan Jockey Club Handicap, and Dnnstan Handicap Hurdle Race to be declared in the “ Dunstan Times” of the Bth of December, and,in tbs “ Daily I imes" of the 11th of December 1871. Acceptances to be received by the Secretary before 9 p.m. on the 23rd of December, 1871. Weights for the second day’s Handicap Hurdle Race to be declared on the evening of the 26tbof December, IS7I ; acceptances to be received by the Secretary before 10 o’clock a.m. on the following day. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received tor any of the above races except upon tuis condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided, by the stewai ds, or whom they may appoint. Their decision upon .all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final, No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the boua-fide property of a subscriber of not less than 31. 3s. to the race fund. Entries.to be received by the Secretary, at his office, Sunderland-Street Clyde, before 9 p.m. on the 23rd of December 1871 entrance money enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, name of the owner, and color of rider. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered, will bo fined 2 1. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. Houses walking over will receive 50 per cent of the stakes. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will b strictly enforced. N.
