Weights for the second day’s Handicap Hurdle Race to be declared on the evening of the 26th of December, 1871 ; acceptances to be received by the Secretary before 10 o’clock a.m. on the following day. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon tuis condition. That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing sh ill be decided by the stewa ds, or vh u |tho may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final, No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme, post entry races excepted, unless the latter be qualified as the bona-fide property of a subscriber of not less than 31. 3s. to the race fund.
