IN BANKRUPTCY. (Before A, D. Harvey, Esq.) October 5. Be William Grant, gold ininerie. of Bendigo—First meeting of Creditors, Bankrupt surrendered, Creditors called in but none appeared in reply. Noproofi of d 'bts having been filed. The meeting was adjourned accordingly to Moiv'ay the 10th instant, at 11 a. m. at the Court House. Re Charles and Henry Schultz gold miners of Cromwell. The proceedings in this case were the same ai in the previous one.
