Re Charles and Henry Schultz. —Affidavit filed verifying statement of assets and liabilities. Rc William Grant.—Mr. Brough, for the bankrupt, applied for an order of adjudication, which was granted. The first meeting of ere'itora was fixed for Mom lay, the 3rd of October, at the Court House, Clyde, the bankrupt to surrender. Re Charles and Henry Schultz Similar proceedings were taken in the matter of these bankrupts.
