(Before Wilson Grey, Esq., Judge,) Monday, Sept. 19. M'Gee v. M'Morran. Settled out of Court. IN BANKRUPTCY. Re John M‘Donald.--Mr. Brough, for the bankrupt, applied for final order and discharge. ■Mr. Fache, on behalf of the Provisional Trustee reported that he had, since the last sitting of the Court, soil hy public auction the property of the bankrupt, as enumerated in the schedule of assets, for the sum of £-1. He had also made inquiries, but had ascertained nothing to show th ,t the bankrupt had concealed, any property or had made any false statements. Order granted. Re Bruce Simpson.—Mr, Brongh, in this case, made similar application, Mr. Faohe reported there were no assets in this case, and that, from the bankrupt's statement, losses in mining speculations and business, he had beau compelled to seek shelter of the Court. Order granted. Re John Mellor.—Mr. Brough made application for complete execution of deed of arrangement. Granted.
