OTIC E is hereby given, that GoJ 1 vernraent Insurance and Annuities Offices, under “ The Government Annuities Act, 1869” have been opened at the Chief Post Offices at Auckland, New Plymouth, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill and, at the Post Offices at Hokitika, Grey mouth, Westport. Charleston, Hamilton, Greytown, Wanganui, Kaikoura, Picton, Lyttelton, Kainpoi, Timaru, Balclutha, Clyde, Lawrence, Oamaru, Port Chalmeis, Qneenstowu,, Tokomairiro, and Waikouati. All persons wishing to obtain Annuities, immediate or deferred, Life Insurances, or other advantages under the Act, will receive every information and the necessaiy forms on application at either the above-named offices. T Hereby apply for a lease of land for i agricultural purposes, situate at Cairn Hill, being Sections 25 and 26, Rlock 1., and comprising 98 acres and 39 perches, or thereaabouts, in accordance with the Agricultural Leases Regulations of the 11th day of January, 1870, made under the Gold fields Act, 1806, and the Goldfields Act Amendment Act, 1867-8-9.
