The party reached the Saddle in gafety ; hut, on account of snow, were vmal de to descend the almost perpendicular incline leading towards the West Coast. One of the party, a man named John Brenan, fell down some hundred feet over a precipice in the neighborhood of Lake Harris. He was seriously injured, and was conveyed, with as little delay as possible, to the Hospital. Great excitement prevails respecting the gold robbery from the Camp at Clyde.
