In Bankruptcy,

(Before' A. D. Harvey, Esq., Clerk to the District Court.) Monday, July 4. Re John M‘Donald, gold miner, Black’s. ' —Piled this day proof of debt of £139 145., by Messrs. Hunt and Gallagher. Re William Jackson Barry, licensed auctioneer, Cromwell Affidavit filed verifying statement of assets and liabilities. Subsequently Mr. Brough, counsel for the insolvent, applied for an order of adjudication. Order made accordingly. The first meeting of creditors appointed to take place on Monday, the 18th inst> at 11, at the 'Court House, Clyde.

Tuesday, July 5.

Re Andrew Southberg. Shepherd’s Creek -—Adjourned meeting of creditors. No proofs filed and no attendance of creditors. Mr. Brough, for the bankrupt, asked that a 'day might he fixed for final examination. Monday, the 18th Inst, was accordingly appointed, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon at the Court House, Clyde, and notice thereof to appear in the “DUUsta'n Times” newspaper.
