Deed of Arrangement filed, also Affidavit, verifying statement of -Assets and Liabilities. re William Jackson Barry. Affidavit in Verification of statement of Assets and Liabilities filed. Subsequently Mr. Brough, 'Counsel for Insolvent, filed Affidavit, verifying fact of declaration of Insolvency having been filed and gazetted, and prayed for an Order to Stay proceedings against a
Warrant of Distress in the hand's of the for execution, at the suit of FritchDunedin. The Court having read i <er the Affidavit, and carefulty considered the application, granted the Order. June 20, re John M‘Donald, of Blacks. Meeting tof Creditors. Bankrupt surrendered. No creditor appeared, neither were there any proofs of debt.. Meeting lapsed inglySubsequently Mr. Srough, Counsel for bankrupt, applied for a day to be appointed for the final examination and discharge. Day fixed, Monday, the 18th July. re Andrew Southberg, Skippers Creek. Mr. Brough, Counsel for Insolvent, made application for adjudication. Order made accordingly. Day appointed for first meeting of Creditors, Tuesday, 28th Juno next kt the Court House, Glydo at II o’clock.
