Subsequently Mr. Brough, 'Counsel for Insolvent, filed Affidavit, verifying fact of declaration of Insolvency having been filed and gazetted, and prayed for an Order to Stay proceedings against a

Warrant of Distress in the hand's of the for execution, at the suit of FritchDunedin. The Court having read i <er the Affidavit, and carefulty considered the application, granted the Order. June 20, re John M‘Donald, of Blacks. Meeting tof Creditors. Bankrupt surrendered. No creditor appeared, neither were there any proofs of debt..
