Judgment for amount and 15s. costs. £5 to be paid into Court on or before the sth of July, the balance on or before the of August, 1870. v. M'Nulty. Claim £5 10s. for ork and labor done. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for amount claimed ; costs 10s. and professional costs £l Is. Same v. Morrisey. Paid into Court. Aldridge v. Holt. Claim £42 12s. 4d. for work and material supplied. Mr. Bailey appeared for plaintiff and Mr Brought for defendant. This was a case in which the charges made were disputed. The evidence of a number of alepts was taken, who sustained the objections in a measure. Judgment for plaintiff £33 2s. 4d., anl costs of Court 2s.

Gazettes and other documents were filed in the following cases : In re Andrew Southherg, re Peter Harrington and Patrick Minton, and re John M ‘Donald. Thursday, Jane 16. In re William Jackson Barry, of Cromwell, Auctioneer, an Insolvent Debtor, ■filed declaiation of Insolvency.
