(Before Vincent Pyke, Esq., R.M , and J. Hazlett and J. D. Feraud, Esqs., J.Ps.) Clyde, Tuesday, May 31. Cox v. Fitzsimmons.—Claim £4. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs of Court 10s. The amount to he paid in weekly instalments of 10s, each Same v. Holden.—Claim £23 10s for damage and loss sustained through defendant milking a cow of plainti'Ps for the space of three or four months. The ownership of the cow was not disputed, and the defendant admitted milking her ; hut in extenuation said the cow had calved near his house, that ho milked her to relieve her from pain, and that he had not disguised the milking of a strange cow, having told several people of it. Judgment for £G, and 30s. costs of Court, and 21s. professional costs. M‘Arthur v, Connew.- Claimf 17 12s. for damage and loss sustained through defendants cattle. Plaintiff not havirig proof of ownership of land in Court, the case was adjourned for a week.
