CROMWELL SCHOOL.

A meeting of committee of the School was held on Friday the 2nd instant. There were present Messrs Marsh, (in the Chair) Preshaw, Fraer. Wright, and Booth, Secretary and Treasurer. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. A letter was received recommending hoarders residence. The following accounts -were received and passed for payment. Mr. Grant, £ls 14s. CL J. Wright,— 15s. Gd. Mr. Marsh was authorised to make arrangemenes for gravelling the approaches to the school and residence. Mr M'Kollar was empowered to expend the sum of £3 1 Os. on recess in Teachers residence, also to procure a register grate. Mr. P. Kelly was elected a member of Committee -with his sanction. The matter of residence for hoarders was favorably received, and allowed to stand over for next meeting. A vote of thanks to the Chair concluded the proceedings.
