Mr. Vincent Pyke occupied the Chair, and explained that the meeting had been called to receive the report of tho retiring, and to elect a now committee for tho ensu. ing yonr. In the absence of Mr. Faoho. Secretary, Mr. Christophers read the report.

Proposed by Mr. Richards, —That the report be received and adopted, seconded by Mr. Hueston and carried. Proposed by Mr. Hueston, —That tho retiring Committee be re-elected for tho ensuing year, seconded by Mr Richards and c ivried. After a vote of thanks to the Chairman the meeting separated.
