Mr. Chappel appeared for plaintiff, Mr. Brough fordofondant. Judgmeut for amount and Costs, £l4, Mr, Brough moved for an Order to adjudicate in the matter of Felix Fiaandierc, an Insolvent debtor.—Order granted.
